Summary: Peter and his friends are arrested for allegedly burning down their favorite bar when it's transformed into a British pub. Meanwhile, Stewie tries to make his new Brit neighbor more lady-like. Lois eventually gets the British pub-owner to confess he burned the bar down for insurance money and Stewie fails in his attempts at helping the English baby.
