Summary: Lois and Peter visit Lois's sister Carol after her husband ran out on her, leaving Carol in the late stages of pregnancy. Carol goes into labor, meaning Peter must rush her to the hospital. When they arrive at the hospital, the doctor passes out, leaving Peter the job of delivering Carol's baby. Peter does it, and it's then that he realizes he wants to have another baby. However, when Stewie catches wind of this he's appalled to think Peter and Lois may be trying to replace them. Stewie tries everything to stop Peter and Lois from having sex, and in the end is forced to shrink himself and fly into Peter to stop the semen at their source. However, when he comes to one final sperm he realizes brotherhood might be a better thing than he first imagined. He leaves his Sperm Brother be, and flies out with the hopes that someday he and his brother can take over the world.
