I noticed this circulating the major forums, and I must say I'm quite shocked anyone believes it. It's an obvious fake for a few reasons:
1. The drawing is crude, and looks more like a screenshot scan than an actual artist's drawing.
2. FOX uses their own private font for anything having to do with Family Guy, while this font looks like it's either Verdana or Arial.
3. As dumb as FOX can be at times, I find it hard to believe that they'd center a whole episode around a running gag such as the upside-down face boy.
Nonetheless, I've decided to include it here as a sort of memento to the fans' anticipation to the new episodes in May 2005. Enjoy!
