Hogie

Quag’s Corner: Tell me a little about yourself.

Hogie: Well my name's Shea, it's an old Irish name and is quite manly.
Various things have been named after me including a stadium and a nut.
I enjoy many things, including but not limited to: Soap making, woodworking,
metal working, and auto repair. Also, I'm 22, in my "real life" I'm becoming an
apprentice in Auto Body Repair.

QC:  Do you have any good memories you can think of that have to do with
Family Guy?

H: Just many hours of laughter, and good quality time with my brother.

QC:  Who's your favorite character on Family Guy and why?

H: Based on sheer hilarity I'd have to say The Gay Old man from the episode To
Love and Die in Dixie, he cracks me up every time, I've also always been a
huge fan of Quagmire.

QC: What inspired you to start The Drunken Clam?

H: Boredom, the availability of the domain name itself, and my love of Family
Guy.

QC: One average how much time do you spend working on The Drunken Clam
every week?

H: Well, that's a very hard question to answer because sometimes I can go quite
a while without doing anything on it, and then I might just go all out for a few days
an make some content. It's completely random what I do. So maybe 1-2 hours a
week average.

QC: Do you have any other projects besides your site going on right now
that you can tell us about?

H: Well, I'm collaborating with a fellow DYAer on making an amazing Family Guy
Quiz. I haven't really done anything yet, but the intention is there. I must say it is
nearly complete, and is quite amazing, the guy's brilliant.

QC: What's your favorite episode of Family Guy and why?

H: To Love and Die in Dixie, mainly because of it's all around hilarious-ness. It
has pretty much everything I look for in a good episode.

QC: What's your best advice to someone interested in starting a site?

H: Definitely make your own content. Also don't over hype your site saying how
great it is blah blah blah, then quit after a couple months.
I don't care if it is great or not, I've seen that too many times and it's
bloody annoying .

QC: Any closing words?

H: Follow you dreams, you can reach your goals, I am living proof. beefcaaake,
BEEFCAAAKE!!!
